Where we are at in the current climate

We are all facing difficult and uncertain times ahead challenging all businesses and individuals equally world wide. Our business is based on agility and the ability to adapt to a changing environment and circumstances as seen over the last few weeks. This means we are adapting on a daily basis to keep not only our staff safe, but also our customers, freight partners and the community.

Deliveries:

We have been able to keep our online business running with little impact to our customers. This is mainly through the commitment and improved processes implemented by several of our freight partners. We have experienced minor delays in fulfilling large orders such as furniture, Bali Huts and the like but we are pleased to say these delays have been minimal. General orders have not been impacted at this point and appears they will continue to be delivered within expected time frames. 

Our Supply chain:

With this situation evolving over the last few months, we have proactively invested in visiting our suppliers in mid-March re-ordering stock to ensure we are able to continue to trade and service the market. We have suppliers working on current orders and have containers being prepared for dispatch at our Indonesian warehouse. This is all key to our commitment to continue to supply quality products now and beyond.

Enquiries:

To minimise contact, we encourage phone enquiries where possible. We are always here to help and we will have our phones answered from 7am to 10pm 7 days a week in an effort to provide as much customer support as possible. We also encourage enquiries through email via our "contact Us" page.

Future trading:

Moving forward, we will have our doors closed to the public. Our showroom will still be staffed as normal to attend to phone/email orders and also preparing online orders for shipping. We are working on a safe pick up system where you will be able to place an order and arrange collection if preferred. We are also offering discounted delivery cost within the Melbourne metro area.

We are also in the process of opening our new showroom in Altona. Whilst we have had some delays, this exciting project will go ahead as planned opening in April. This will be a larger showroom which will showcase some of the best indoor/outdoor design options. 

Our message:

With uncertain times ahead, we encourage everyone to follow the recommended protocols issued by the government. It is important to stay safe taking all recommended measures whilst keeping normality as best as we can for all our family and friends.
