Bali Mystique delivery guide

Please note our terms and conditions regarding our fragile delivery service (VIC, NSW, QLD)

  1. All deliveries with this service comes with full transit insurance.
  2. We notify all our customers 2-4 days prior to delivery to confirm the day of delivery and a 2hr delivery window. We make every attempt to meet this 2hr window however, this may vary due to traffic conditions, unforeseen road closures etc.
  3. Our delivery is a one man service to keep costs to a minimum for our customers.
  4. In the event nobody is home at the time of delivery, we will leave your order in the safest place possible.
  5. We may at times require assistance to unload however, we will advise of this prior if required.
  6. Our standard delivery covers delivery to the front of the property, garage or inside the front of the home if possible.
  7. Our delivery is generally with a small truck and trailer so if your home or delivery address has a steep driveway, positioned on a tight laneway or street or has any access restrictions such as a dead end road with no turning area, please let us know so we can allow the time and plan for this accordingly.

Standard delivery does not cover the following without prior arrangement:

  • Delivery to backyards or rear of properties 
  • Apartments, high rise buildings being domestic or commercial
  • We work on a very tight timeline so we may not be able to wait for someone to arrive to accept the delivery.
  • We would love to have the ability to call all our customers 30min before arrival however, our driver is heavily focused on arriving at the advised 2hr delivery window. In the event this won't be met, we may call you to advise of any possible delays.
  • Uncrating/unboxing of your delivery.
