The parcel arrived on time and was packaged quite well, the only problem was the wood was all split and really discoloured, almost as though it was the worst one of them all. Quite frankly I was more than disappointed in the condition of the item and would be very reluctant to buy from the company again

Unfortunately the advertisement appeared to indicate a pair of ducks were for sale. The wording , “carvings’ and the pictures of two items made it seem that two items were being sold. It was disappointing to discover only one duck was sent.
